Jack Hendry has posted an Instagram hint that he sees his future at Celtic.
The defender has enjoyed a very successful loan spell with Oostende and although they are reported to have an option to sign the 25-year-old the player will have the final say on any move. His Celtic contract runs till June 2022.
After some very difficult times and being relegated to fifth or sixth choice central defender last summer he took to Instagram with a memory from one of his early Celtic appearances.
With half of his 27 Celtic appearances coming as a substitute the former Dundee defender doesn’t have too many minutes to fall back on as a Celtic player.
In just his third appearance, away to Aberdeen on 25 February 2018 he was sent on after Mikael Lustig was red carded by Willie Collum with the visitors holding on to an early goal from Moussa Dembele.
When Kieran Tierney scored a screamer the pressure was off with Hendry among those joining the goal hero racing towards the away fans at Pittodrie.
