Scott Robertson finds himself in the unusual position of losing two managers in the space of a week.

Seven days ago the midfielder was working under Darren Moore at Doncaster Rovers hoping to put himself into a place to impress Neil Lennon at Celtic when he returns for pre-season training.

Late last Tuesday word emerged that Lennon had resigned with John Kennedy taking over on an Interim basis.

Robertson came on for the last half hour of Doncaster’s 2-1 defeat at Ipswich on Saturday but as both sets of players report for training today they find new faces in charge.

Doncaster boss Darren Moore has switched to Sheffield Wednesday to become their third boss this season with veteran defender Andy Butler taking charge till the end of the season. For good measure Paul Lambert left Ipswich by mutual consent on Sunday night.

Saturday’s defeat dropped Doncaster to sixth place in League One but they do have games in hand over the club’s above them.
