Martin O’Neill is stepping up his media campaign with an appearance on Radio Scotland’s Sportsound programme tonight.
Last Sunday the former Celtic boss joined Kris Boyd and James McFadden on Sky Sports’ coverage of the Glasgow derby followed by a midweek appearance on Go Radio.
O’Neill’s raised profile comes with the manager’s job at Celtic currently occupied by John Kennedy on an Interim basis.
Sportsound promise to ask O’Neill who he’d like to see in the Celtic job, in last week’s appearances he gave the impression of being Roy Keane’s campaign manager.
On air DAB/Online/810MW from 6pm.

Keane has been out of management since leaving Ipswich in January 2011 but seems fated to be linked with Celtic whenever there is a vacancy.
His appearances on Sky Sports make for compulsive viewing as he surveys English football but there doesn’t seem to be much enthusiasm among Celtic fans to have him succeed Neil Lennon.
