As everyone in Scotland is well aware social gatherings aren’t allowed.

Families can’t get together, friends can’t meet up but it seems that as in many areas those rules don’t apply to anything related to Ibrox.

Three weeks after five players enjoyed a house party and picked up Fixed Penalties the Scottish Football Association have still to take any action. Players involved have been back playing, contributing to victories. In contrast within one week of Boli Bolingoli’s trip to Spain coming to light Celtic had two matches postponed and the player faced a charge from the SFA.

At Livingston on Wednesday Police Scotland were alerted to non-essential journeys when a number of fire works went off early in the second half of the match at the Toni Macaroni. The impact forced the match to be halted as fireworks were cleared from the pitch.

Despite that warning a large group of individuals ignored social distancing to gather at one of the corners outside the stadium. The Ibrox players then encouraged that gathering by acknowledging and applauding their Covidiot fans.
