Callum McGregor is the only Celtic player in the Scotland side to face the Faroe Isles tonight with Ryan Christie on the bench and Greg Taylor missing out.

Steve Clarke has made three changes to the side that drew 1-1 away to Israel on Sunday with David Marshall, Stephen O’Donnell and Jack Hendry dropping to the bench with Craig Gordon, Kenny McLean and Lyndon Dykes coming into the side.

Christie started in the 2-2 draw against Austria before coming on as a half-time substitute against Israel with McGregor starting on Sunday after coming on as a late substitute against Austria.

After drawing their opening two matches Scotland must get a win tonight with the World Cup qualifiers parked until September.

The Faroes are much improved since their arrival in European football, on Sunday they took the lead away to Austria on Sunday before going down to a 3-1 defeat.
