Luca Connell makes the starting XI for Ireland’s u-21 side against Wales today, alongside Celtic team-mates Lee O’Connor and Jonathan Afolabi.
The match kicks off at 1pm and can be watched on You Tube which gives Celtic fans the chance to watch three of the Summer 2019 Project signings.
While Jeremie Frimpong kicked on and made his debut within a month Connell, O’Connor and Afolabi are still waiting for their first outing as a Celtic player.

Midfielder Connell has attracted the most curiosity/attention after breaking into the Bolton first team before switching to Celtic.
With progress stalling he moved on loan to Queens Park last week, making a favourable impression in last week’s Hampden win over Stranraer.
O’Connor has been a regular in the Tranmere Rovers side this season but Afolabi has been on the bench recently for Dundee as they battle for a Play Off spot to return to the SPFL Premiership.
