One Ibrox fan briefly shared an image of how close a firework came to a direct hit on his son’s eye. It seems that the image has now been deleted from Twitter.
Why a parent would want to take their child into a scene of drunken carnage is another issue but it is believed that Accident and Emergency wards around Glasgow were swamped by Covidiots on Saturday night.
From early afternoon the centre of Glasgow became a no-go area for anyone of sane thought. Businesses knew what was coming and shut up, pulling down the shutters where available.

From before 10am Covidiots gathered outside Ibrox Stadium, when the team bus arrived the fireworks were set off. After that the carnage unfolded, the louts did anything they liked with Police Scotland reduced to the role of onlookers.
The main news outlets have tried to keep a lid on the scenes across Glasgow city centre last night, Social Media is harder to control with the pictures, videos and screen captures fully showing up what goes on in the biggest city of The Best Wee Country in the World.
It remains to be seen whether CCTV and Social Media coverage will be used to identify and charge those involved in the scenes that shamed Scotland globally.
