Police Scotland have announced that they are investigating the videos showing Steven Gerrard’s singing sectarian songs inside Ibrox.
After having their Officers put under attack from over 10,000 Covidiots on Saturday it seems that patience has snapped over the attitude of those in charge of the Ibrox club.
Late last night two videos surfaced from the players boozy after match celebrations inside the stadium.
Singing along to Sweet Caroline the sectarian add-ons enjoyed by the fans was clearly heard with Social Media users speculating over which players were most involved.
We are aware of a video circulating on social media apparently showing Rangers players using sectarian language while celebrating on Saturday. We are assessing its contents and will liaise with the Crown Office and Procurator Fiscal Service as part of our enquiries.

News of the Police investigation blows away any chance of the club ignoring the issue- it also leaves no excuse for the mainstream media to continue ignoring the video clips.
In January within an hour of a picture of Neil Lennon and Scott Brown drinking in Dubai appearing on Social Media it was picked up and reported on by the Daily Record and others.
Last month the Ibrox club boycotted Social Media for four days over abuse of their players- now it seems like they will have questions to answer about the allegations of sectarian behaviour of their own players inside the heart of the stadium.
