Celtic’s six Scotland players managed to play just 337 minutes at the European Championships- an average of 56 minutes each.
For Greg Taylor and David Turnbull there wasn’t a single minute of action, if Callum McGregor is taken out of the mix the other five players managed just over half an hour each.

Goalscorer McGregor was one of the stars of the campaign, impressing at Wembley against the hyped-up stars of the EPL then scoring Scotland’s only goal of the campaign.
James Forrest probably has more reason to be peeved than anyone else with just 12 minutes against the Czech Republic that suggested he had something more to offer.
Ryan Christie and Jack Hendry made the starting XI against the Czech’s but that is as far as they got with uncertainty over whether either will play again at Celtic.
All six players will now get a little time off but with few countries on the green list they will have to settle for Staycations before meeting up with their club team-mates in Wales where Celtic have three friendly matches arranged on July 7, 10 and 14.
The next big date is July 20 when Midtjylland visit Celtic Park in a Champions League qualifier which should hopefully see supporters back inside Celtic Park.
