Ange Postecoglou was giving away nothing about his apparently imminent move to Celtic after watching Yokohama F Marinos draw 1-1 away to Consadole Sapporo.
Late on Sunday night The Sun announced that a deal will be announced within 72 hours which followed on from a similar story from Sky Sports the previous night.
Marinos are back in action on Wednesday in a cup tie at home to Honda which is outside the timeline that The Sun is reporting a deal to be completed.

It now looks highly unlikely that Postecoglou will be at Lennoxtown on June 17 when Celtic report back for pre-season training. Ten days quarantine is required for visitors from Japan to Scotland with the issues of a Work Permit and getting round the UEFA Pro Coaching licence to be addressed.
The first week of training tends to be focussed on fitness work, assessing where players are and pushing them into programmes ready to start matches with the first pre-season game on July 7 against Sheffield Wednesday.
With Dom McKay officially taking over as CEO on July 1 the search is on for a Director of Football to head up a variety of football matters following the departure of Head of Football Operations Nick Hammond at the end of March.
