The Green Brigade have announced a January Review of the Celtic Board of Directors!

A week on from the public launch of Ange Postecoglou and Dom McKay the feel-good factor is strong among Celtic fans after the most miserable and demoralising season in memory.

Season Ticket renewals went well, fans were prepared to give the new guys a chance with their financial support but little has changed in the big picture.

With 17 days to go until facing Midtjylland the only additions to last season’s squad are Liam Shaw and Osaze Urhoghide, two young players fresh from Sheffield Wednesday’s unsuccessful battle against relegation.

For all the excitement of two new faces, their willingness to communicate and engage with the fans the same old tired and discredited suits remain in charge. Tellingly chairman Ian Bankier decided that he had better things to do than join Ange and Dom meeting sections of fan media.

A lot of tempting new Adidas kit is appearing, a lot of fans will be rushing out to buy but the Green Brigade statement reminds the hierarchy that last season hasn’t been forgotten, and won’t be forgiven.
