Olivier Ntcham and Boli Bolingoli were among 22 players pictured as the Celtic squad flew to Wales to step up their pre-season preparations.
Ntcham was pictured solo training last week while Bolingoli’s trip to Spain last August had a serious impact on Celtic’s season with two matches postponed leading into the Champions League qualifier against Ferencvaros.
Pictured by SNS at Glasgow Airport were the following players:
Karamoko Dembele, Liam Shaw, Ewan Henderson, Osaze Urhoghide, Greg Taylor, Mikey Johnston, Albian Ajeti, Ismaila Soro, Callum McGregor, Olivier Ntcham, Scott Bain, Kris Ajer, Vasilis Barkas, Ryan Christie, Tom Rogic, Boli Bolingoli, Odsonne Edouard, Leigh Griffiths, David Turnbull, Stephen Welsh, Callum McGregor
The main omissions are James Forrest, Nir Bitton and Chris Jullien although they could be on the trip but managed to escape the attention of the cameras.
Others such as Luca Connell, Leo Hjelde, Adam Montgomery, Jonathan Afolabi, Scott Robertson, Tony Ralston and Lee O’Connor could also be on the trip although the absence of Marian Shved, Vakoun Bayo and Conor Hazard might be a hint that they could be going out on loan.
John Kennedy, Gavin Strachan and Stevie Woods will be assisting Ange Postecoglou on the trip.
