Celtic Park is set to return to full capacity next week.
Restrictions across Scotland will be reduced from Monday with attendance and event issues at the discretion of Glasgow City Council.
On Sunday 24,500 fans will be able to attend the home match against Dundee in the SPFL but within a week the attendance could more than double.
Glasgow City Council regulate Hampden Park, Ibrox and Celtic Park, this morning the Ibrox club announced:
RANGERS can confirm there will be a full capacity at Ibrox Stadium going forward, subject to conditions prescribed by the Safety Advisory Group of Glasgow City Council.
The ticket office will be in contact with season ticket holders today to confirm the process for ticket allocation for Tuesday’s match v Malmo.
In normal circumstances the matches against Jablonec (August 12) and Hearts (August 15) wouldn’t be on the Season Ticket but with fans kept out for more than a year the club will be expected to at least put the Jablonec Europa League match on the book.
Celtic’s first home match of the season was watched by just 2,000 fans when Preston North End visited, in the last home match against West Ham a crowd of 18,500 were inside the ground.
I expect @CelticFC will announce details as soon as we get capacity confirmation, not sure those games will be covered based on the 21 ST matches, 19 SPFL, 1 Euro Qualifier & 1 Friendly (appreciate though that not everyone has attended all matches to date)
