Jack Ross has dismissed speculation linking Kevin Nisbet and Leigh Griffiths in a swap deal with a serious transfer fee also going to Hibs.
Peter Martin tweeted about the possibility on Saturday morning with a number of publications picking up on that rumour.
Griffiths had two loan spells at Hibs before joining Celtic in January 2014 and has been a regular visitor to Easter Road on match days.
#Dundee v #Hibs live on @BBCSportsound. No Kevin Nesbitt for #Hibs. Manager Jack Ross tells me he’s unwell and says stories linking him with a move to Celtic with Leigh Griffiths moving in other direction are “complete nonsense”. pic.twitter.com/fJaVsWK2As

Later on Ross was laughing as he was asked the same question by Sky Sports.
There are a lot of pieces in the Griffiths/Nisbet jigsaw that fit together but also some gaping holes with Griffiths unlikely to be offered anything like his current salary at Easter Road.
Celtic have started the season in great scoring form but there are doubts over the future of Odsonne Edouard with Albian Ajeti and Griffiths very much on the fringes of Ange Postecoglou’s plans.
With nine days left in the transfer window there is bound to be further speculation centring on both players.
Swap plus cash. I’m told #Celtic keen on Kevin Nisbet with Leigh Griffiths and cash going to Easter road. In my view, Griffiths time at Celtic is up and the club are keen to move him out. Will #Hibernian bite? pic.twitter.com/aWZlTbRA89
