Crystal Palace have finally completed the signing of Odsonne Edouard from Celtic.
The announcement has been expected all day but it wasn’t shortly before 10pm that the £14m deal was completed.
With his hoops contract expiring next June Edouard was always expected to leave Celtic but after a day of talks, negotiations and a medical the striker has ended his four year association with the hoops.
An incredible talent. An iconic chant.

New Palace boss Patrick Vieira appears to have been the driving force in the move despite distinctly average form from Edouard this season, summed up by his display at Ibrox on Saturday.
Up until Lockdown in March 2020 everything about Edouard had been positive but like many of his team-mates the events of season 20/21 will go down as one to forget.
Despite that Edouard still finished as Celtic’s top scorer with strikes in the delayed Scottish Cup Final and away to Sparta Prague and AC Milan in the Europa League.
With his exit anticipated Celtic signed Giorgos Giakoumakis from VVV Venlo on a five year contract earlier today.
