The Retail Managing Adviser to ‘Rangers’ has excused the racist fans who abused Kyogo Furuhashi yesterday.

William Ewart goes by the Twitter name @RFC William E with his biography claiming that he previously worked directly for the club, Sports Direct, JJB Sport and the FA of Northern Ireland.

After 17 months without an away trip 1,200 Ibrox Season Ticket holders bought tickets for Sunday’s match at Ross County, the longest domestic trip of the season.

William’s Linkedin profile is no longer available.

Last season the Ibrox club became anti-racist campaigners at 9.40pm on March 18 after an incident against Slavia Prague.

Social Media companies were called in for talks on how to eradicate racist comments with the club taking a stand by getting their star players to boycott Instagram and Twitter for three days.

Yesterday the spotlight fell on the racists inside Ibrox as video clips were shared of their coach trip to Dingwall.

Rather than condemn those that were singing racist songs Ewart decided to put the blame on the people sharing the videos, describing them as ‘mongs’ and ‘dickheads’.

This morning the Ibrox club are apparently carrying out investigations into yesterday’s incidents. In this case it will be difficult to claim that the videos were doctored, the outcome of the investigation is expected to remain private.
