Celtic are looking to ship out Vasilis Barkas, Albian Ajeti, Leigh Griffiths and Boli Bolingoli before the transfer window closes.

With half a day left to complete deals it looks like the club will turn to loan deals to move on players that have dropped out of contention from Ange Postecoglou’s plans.

Barkas started the Champions League tie at home to Midtjylland but was dropped for the return, Ajeti has made a couple of late substitute appearances while Griffiths and Bolingoli haven’t played any competitive minutes under Celtic’s new manager.

The Sun reports:

Meanwhile, looking at the exit door again, there is also expected to be late loan interest in several Celtic players.

Flop keeper Vasilis Barkas, Albian Ajeti and Boli Bolingoli are among those who could head out. Dundee will also go all out to sign striker Leigh Griffiths from Celtic.

Bolingoli, Ajeti and Barkas were signed by the Lawwell/Lennon combo over the last two summer windows.

Apart from the striking positions Celtic are well covered to let Barkas and Bolingoli leave. Joe Hart, Scott Bain and Conor Hazard are available in goals with Greg Taylor, Adam Montgomery, Liam Scales and Josip Juranovic options at left-back.

Last night Scott Robertson moved on loan to Crewe. Liam Henderson, Luca Connell and Lee O’Connor could go out on loan today.
