Ange Postecoglou has made two changes to the Celtic side that beat Alkmaar with Odsonne Edouard and Ryan Christie replacing Tom Rogic and James Forrest.

Rogic makes it onto the bench but there is no place for Forrest or Leigh Griffiths who misses out for the second match running.

Edouard looks like starting though the centre with Kyogo to his left but those positions could switch with the new bhoy from Japan looking for his seventh Celtic goal in his sixth starting appearance.

St Mirren will be without their self-isolating manager Jim Goodwin, with one point from two matches and a Premier Sports Cup KO from Livingston last week they aren’t in the best place to repeat January’s win at Celtic Park.

Celtic go into today’s match on a confident run of five straight wins, four on the bounce at home. Before the end of the month the hoops go to Alkmaar and Ibrox in the toughest tests for Postecoglou as he overhauls the side that he inherited from Neil Lennon.

CELTIC: Hart; Ralston, Starfelt, Welsh, Taylor; Turnbull, McGregor, Christie; Abada, Edouard, Kyogo

SUBS: Bain, Biton, Ajeti, Soro, Rogic, Urhoghide, Montgomery
