An absolute joke- Jim Spence hits out at Celtic decision

Jim Spence has branded Celtic a disgrace for refusing to give Dundee United an allocation of tickets for Sunday’s Celtic Park clash.

Due to regulations a number of seats either side of the tunnel in the Front Stand are out of bounds meaning that Season Ticket holders have to be relocated.

With around 50,000 Season Ticket holders Celtic have 10,000 additional seats per match but seem unwilling to give any to away supporters as they relocate Season Ticket holders and sell individual tickets for each game.

Dundee, Hearts, St Mirren and Ross County have been denied a Celtic allocation, on Sunday at Livingston Celtic were given their first away tickets with 7,000 fans snapping up tickets.

The refusal to grant 500 or 1,000 away tickets could rebound on Celtic later on. Dundee United and others will be under pressure to reduce the away allocations which on most cases can account for 25% or more of the stadium capacity.
