That following goes way beyond the Celtic support. It will include fans of Norwich, Blackburn plus others interested in the views of the man employed for his opinions by the BBC, Daily Record, Daily Mail and other outlets.

This week no comment was made on the vandalism of a section of McDiarmid Park or the Lyon team bus- silence on those issues gives a quiet nod of approval to those involved.
