PLZ Soccer has released the post match interview from Dundee on Saturday when James McPake discussed his red card from Bobby Madden.
Trailing 1-0 from half-time Paul McMullan looked likely to level the scores when Ibrox ‘keeper Jon McLaughlin raised his left arm to send the Dundee forward to the turf.
Madden pointed to the penalty spot but only issued a yellow card despite McLaughlin deliberately denying a goal scoring opportunity.
Adding insult was the fact that the keeper then saved the penalty from Jason Cummings with Dundee unable to find an equaliser. After seven matches they have still to record a win in the SPFL.
? ‘He was unapproachable.’
James McPake says Bobby Madden told him ‘you missed the penalty anyway’ as he explains why he was sent off at full time against Rangers.
