There wasn’t much love around for Alfredo Morelos as Sevco fans came to terms with more dropped points as Hearts snatched a late equaliser at Ibrox.

Allan McGregor dropped a clanger for the goal but having passed up three or four chances to put the game to bed it was the form of their star striker that was causing most concern for the angry fans.

After enjoying 10 minutes of game time watching Colombia at the Copa America during the summer Morelos returned to Scotland too late to play in the Champions League defeat from Malmo in Sweden.

Confirming that he isn’t a team player he took to Instagram after the return leg to celebrate his goal in a 4-2 aggregate defeat that saw his club miss out on £40m.

It seems that eight transfer windows full of moonbeams about lucrative transfer deals has finally got to the former HJK Helsinki starlet.

Facing another Scottish winter listening to the less than inspirational voices of Steven Gerrard and James Tavernier seems to have pushed Morelos to the brink.

Next up for the Ibrox aces is a Europa League visit from Brondby on Thursday followed on Sunday by a trip to in-form St Mirren who won their third match on the bounce yesterday with a 3-2 win at Ross County.

I feel for morelos, he needs to lose a stone off his face for starters and then he may get a transfer to the championship, or one of the lower leagues!
