Ryan Porteous has had his appeal against a red card at Ibrox rejected by the SFA.
The Hibs defender will now miss the matches against Dundee United and Aberdeen but will be available to face Celtic on October 27 at Easter Road.
Porteous was shown a red card by Nick Walsh after 28 minutes of Sunday’s match with Hibs leading 1-0 thanks to Kevin Nisbet’s goal. In the early minutes of the match John Lundstram two footed stamp at Josh Doig went unpunished.
The last time that one of Steven Gerrard’s players was sent off in a domestic match was 15 December 2019 when Alfredo Morelos was red carded away to Motherwell.
This year Kemar Roofe, Leon Balogun, Lundstram and Glen Kamara have been red carded in Europa League matches with Kamara given an additional suspension for an after match incident against Slavia Prague in March.

What a surprise I blame the schools they all went too.
Corrupt to core they’ve been getting away with it for years
The difference of course is that Sevco are protected by Scottish masonic orange Hun bastards referees.
