Celtic fans lapped up the events of Saturday with an Ange bonus to add to their enjoyment.
A very efficient 2-0 win at Motherwell killed off all talk about struggling to get results away from home with a late equaliser for Hearts at Ibrox cutting the gap at the top of the table down to four points.
That subject cropped up in the round of post-match media interviews that Postecoglou conducted- delivered in true Aussie style to one questioner.
Last month the Celtic boss seemed to be taken aback at the line of questioning after his side had drawn 1-1 at home to Dundee United. After three away defeats any sign that Celtic’s home form was slipping would have grave consequences.
Wins at Aberdeen and Motherwell either side of an international break have suggested that the team is starting to gel with Postecoglou getting more familiar with the media backdrop.
The honeymoon is certainly over for Celtic’s new manager, his side are starting to deliver performances and results but his mate references are being noted with the snipers waiting to pounce.
