Chris Sutton took a calm, distanced view of Celtic winning at Aberdeen.
After failing to win any of their three previous away fixtures and drawing at home to Dundee United the pressure was all on Ange Postecoglou to deliver three points before the international break.
Anything less would have provided a fortnight of speculation over the future of the Australian who was dropped in at the deep end when he took over from Neil Lennon in June.
Not convincing second half from Celtic but an uglyish win for Ange Postecoglou was much needed. Kyogo and Jota two of Postecoglou’s signings with the important goals… Aberdeen were good second half…

Winning ugly has many connotations, usually positive and in recognition that over a 38 game campaign things aren’t always going to be free flowing and entertaining.
A late goal from Jota provided plenty of entertainment for the away support as they celebrated a win on the road. It’s a start for Celtic but it has to be repeated away to Motherwell and Hibs later this month.
I wish Sutton would make up his fckn mind.
Sutton spot on again. We were terrible and ok we got the 3 points but Aberdeen are poor and we only just scraped thru.
Nowhere near good enough
