Dane Murray and Adam Brooks scored for Scotland’s u-19 side in a friendly against Fleetwood Town.
Billy Stark’s side face European Championship qualifiers next month against Croatia, Gibraltar and Armenia with the October break used to get in some training and match time.
Murray and Brooks have been regulars in the Celtic B side this season, playing in the Lowland League with opponents ranging from Vale of Leithen to Civil Service Strollers.

At the start of this season Murray found himself pitched into first team action, impressing in the Champions League qualifiers after Nir Bitton was sent off at home to Midtjylland.
Brooks has been among the goals playing as the sole striker for Tommy McIntyre’s side who beat Gretna 2008 1-0 yesterday thanks to a 74th minute goal from Ben Wylie.
After three home matches in a week the B team has a weekend off but are back in action on October 23 away to Cumbernauld Colts.
