Celtic are unable to keep the success of Jota quiet from envious Portuguese eyes!
The Benfica Youth Twitter account is keeping a very close eye on the form of their on-loan winger who is running riot in a Celtic shirt.
Last season’s grim relegation fight at Real Valladolid didn’t do much for the reputation of the former Portuguese Youth team prospect but playing under Ange Postecoglou seems to be bringing all his potential to fruition.

On transfer deadline day Celtic secured a season long loan deal for Jota, the terms and conditions of the right-to-buy option will now be getting very closely studied.
Benfica seem to put a lot of work into these agreements, enough to encourage the club taking their player on loan balanced with protecting themselves from watching a former player go on to make it big elsewhere.
There is bound to be lots of speculation about Jota’s future but with the goals and assists flowing freely the smile is back on the face of the winger with Celtic fans lapping up the joys of their George Michael lookalike.
