Ange Postecoglou was philosophical about the news that Celtic won’t have any fans backing them against Ferencvaros.
The new hoops boss has formed a quick rapport with the supporters but has yet to see them in action outside of Scotland.
Trips to Denmark, the Czech Republic and Holland in UEFA qualifiers were all played out in front of home fans only.
Bayer Leverkusen and Ferencvaros did have supporters inside Celtic Park but this morning Celtic announced that they wouldn’t be getting an allocation for tomorrow’s match in Budapest.
Ange Postecoglou on no fans tomorrow night: “It’s disappointing for our supporters and the atmosphere. But it’s the world we live in and we’re being guided by governments and regulatory bodies. It’ll be another good challenge for our players and opportunity for growth.” pic.twitter.com/U6WpfeOjaD

Postecoglou’s main focus will be on the park and how to cope without Tom Rogic and Carl Starfelt who are both out with hamstring injuries.
Stephen Welsh and Nir Bitton are the defensive options but there are a few more alternatives to Rogic in midfield with James Forrest and James McCarthy both in the matchday squad for Saturday’s draw against Livingston.
