Celtic will almost certainly face St Johnstone on Saturday without Tom Rogic, Carl Starfelt and Giorgios Giakoumakis.
None of that trio started in the wins over Dundee or Ferencvaros but following the international break Ange Postecoglou was hopeful of having Rogic and Starfelt available.
The international duo suffered hamstring injuries but in both cases they seemed to be caught early with Rogic substituted away to Hibs and Starfelt replaced early in the 0-0 home draw with Livingston.
Celtic boss Ange Postecoglou says Giorgos Giakoumakis will be out for at least another week with a knee injury. League Cup semi likely to be too soon for Carl Starfelt & Tom Rogic.

Saturday’s match kicks off a run of 12 matches in 42 days during which Postecoglou will have to dig deep into his squad.
Celtic have a five day break before facing Bayer Leverkusen on Thursday but the nature of hamstring injuries doesn’t build in any margin for error.
The injury to Giakoumakis looks like opening the door for Albian Ajeti but Kyogo Furuhashi seems certain to start at Hampden after returning unscathed from international duty.
James forest will play but James has to put a tackle in standing in front
