Meet the ‘ghirls’ as Twitter software gives Ange and the bhoys a makeover

Not only has Ange Postecoglou signed up a whole new squad of players but he has also provided a certain Twitter account with a lot of material to work on.

In June 2020 a set of images appeared that transformed bhoys to ghirls, just over a year later a fresh set of images have had fans doing a double take.

Postecoglou provides a particular challenge, the new Celtic boss is as gruff an Aussie as you are likely to find but there is a passing likeness in his new look.

Some of the transformations are more obvious than others, there is no getting away from Callum McGregor, David Turnbull and James Forrest, other images require a bit more thinking time.
