Yosuke Ideguchi appears to have sealed his move to Celtic for a fee of £840,000.
The claim comes from a J-League transfer rumours site who had picked up on the story on December 9.
With 10,500 followers them while following just 73 Twitter accounts @jleague_rumour seems to have found its niche in what can sometimes be a hysterical market. The tweets are all in Japanese.

TRANSLATION:
Midfielder Yosuke Ideguchi to full transfer to Celtic. The transfer fee is estimated to be more than 130 million yen.
Ideguchi has already had a spell in Europe but failed to make any impact with Leeds United where he was sent out on loan to Leonesa in Spain and Gruether Furth.
While Celtic’s other J-League targets Reo Hatate and Daizen Maeda are currently in the Japanese international squad Ideguchi hasn’t been capped since 2017.
That could be a positive should the move to Celtic be completed, giving the midfielder the opportunity to settle in rather than travelling back to Asia six or seven times a year for international commitments.
