One from the training ground provided Celtic with three vital points as they made heavy weather of beating Motherwell 1-0.
Celtic had created a number of decent chances during the first half, James Forrest, Tom Rogic, Mikey Johnston and David Turnbull had threatened to open the scoring.
In stoppage time with Turnbull over a free kick wide on the right Callum McGregor darted forward, Tom Rogic took a few steps back to receive the ball then drove it high into the corner of the net.
There is always a special satisfaction when something clearly rehearsed pays off.

Celtic should have scored more in the second half but just couldn’t find the second goal to ease the awkwardness of fearing an equaliser from the visitors.
Motherwell had some possession without carving out a clear cut chance but it was a cheer of relief when the final whistle blew after almost three minutes of stoppage time.
