Watch full Premier Sports highlights of Celtic’s League Cup win

It was a cup final with everything and best of all a very happy ending.

As they have done so many times in their history Celtic went behind but roared forward by their fans bounced back to win a trophy in dramatic style.

For the briefest of moments it looked gloomy for Ange Postecoglou but as the pyro from the Hibs end engulfed Hampden Kyogo Furuhashi popped in an equaliser just 14 seconds from the restart.

Celtic tried to build momentum on the back of that goal but it took them another 20 minutes to score again from a very predictable source- the predator instinct of their Japanese bhoy.

There were a few worrying moments before the trophy was lifted, Hibs struck the woodwork, Joe Hart saved bravely but after six minutes of stoppage time John Beaton blew the final whistle as celebrations kicked off among the 30,000 strong Celtic support inside Hampden.
