After months of teasing social media updates Chris Jullien looks to finally be back in business.
The defender last played any sort of football on 30 December 2020 with the second half of 2021 filled by cryptic social media posts hinting that he might be about to return to action.
Jullien was named in Celtic’s Europa League squad ahead of Boli Bolingoli who made two SPFL appearances but the Frenchman failed to suffer during Celtic’s six match roller-coaster with Real Betis, Ferencvaros and Bayer Leverkusen.
For sure 2022 will be a brighter year for me… So I’m wishing you all my people a bright and healthy year 22 ???
Now let’s go! ?? #BackinBusiness#newyearnewgoals

Celtic released pictures of Jullien back in training on Saturday with the defender happy to add his own messages today.
How he gets some sort of match fitness is the big question that he now faces with Cameron Carter-Vickers and Carl Starfelt appearing to be the first choice central defensive partnership with Stephen Welsh pushing hard for a place.
After making just 14 appearances last season, the former Toulouse defender has a lot of catching up to do to recapture the form of his first season at Celtic.
