Celtic SLO issues bizarre Tynecastle warning

Celtic fans with tickets for Tynecastle tomorrow night could be refused entry to tomorrow’s match.

Fixtures at Tynecastle have been problematic in recent seasons with issues involving stewards and policing highlighted in the past.

Hearts have cut Celtic’s allocation down to just over 1,000 tickets which equates to around one third of the Rosebery Stand.

Tickets can still be bought by Hearts supporters for the match which will be screened by Sky Sports but it seems that it will be ‘every man for themself’ when it comes to getting seats in the Celtic section.

With the cost of tickets it isn’t asking the earth to be able to watch from the seat that you have paid £30 or more for.

If Hearts can’t ensure that people sit in the right seats for a section of 1,000 fans they really need to improve security at their ground.

Earlier in the season there were no Celtic fans allowed at the SPFL opener at Tynecastle, the last time that Celtic fans were permitted to watch their team at Tynecastle was December 2019 when Ryan hristie and Olivier Ntcham scored to deliver a 2-0 victory.
