James Forrest and Giorgos Giakoumakis were spotted taking a full part in training at Lennoxtown in the video clip that Celtic released today.
It is two months since the Greek striker made his last appearance, coming on as a substitute in the 4-2 win away to Dundee on November 7.
Forrest’s last appearance was at home to Motherwell on December 12 but it was short lived with Mikey Johnston replacing him after just 18 minutes.
The cameras were mainly focussed on Daizen Maeda, Reo Hatate and Yosuke Ideguchi but a little bit of detective work provided some updates on injury news with Chris Jullien and Karamoko Dembele taking part after missing the first half of the season.
Callum McGregor, Tony Ralston and Greg Taylor missed the final match of 2021 with no explanation but could be seen fully involved, as was Joe Hart who missed the matches at St Mirren and St Johnstone.
There was no sign of Kyogo Furuhashi or Jota who are likely to be the main topics of discussion leading up to the match against Hibs on January 17 with both players suffering hamstring issues during December.
