The warped superiority complex of Ibrox fans spilled over into the Ladies game yesterday as their full-time, professional side crushed Stenhousemuir 14-1 in a Scottish Cup tie.
Billy hasn’t had the opportunity to belt out his master race beliefs for a few weeks so watching yesterday’s match on a £5 stream provided a substitute fix.
Not happy with watching the Murray Park ladies hit the goal trail some fans had to make derogatory comments about the physical appearance of their opponents.
Unlike their opponents the Stenny ladies play the game purely for fun, fitting matches and training around their everyday work and family commitments. They don’t have the state-of-the-art training facilities that the well paid Ibrox stars enjoy.
From their keyboards it seemed to have been too much for some of the watching Ibrox fans to resist as they abused the appearance of some of their opponents.
Some shocking and disgusting comments being made on social media since the @RangersWFC game about some of our players.
Our players do a fantastic job and dont deserve that sort of abuse, they work hard and deserve nothing but respect. #WeAreWarriors pic.twitter.com/2g5ryKDBo2

I paid my £5 and watched the game. I also chatted with other blokes on followfollow during the course of the match. We had a good and decent chat. If any Rangers fans denigrated your lassies then I apologise. They are utter scum.

As a rangers fan I’ve seen some of the comments and it’s not nice good luck with the rest of the season and don’t let the halfwits get you down
