Jullien plays, Starfelt misses out- Celtic 0-0 St Mirren

Chris Jullien returned to action today as two Celtic XI’s drew 0-0 with St Mirren in a bounce match at Lennoxtown. 

Despite reports elsewhere of Owen Moffat scoring Video Celts understands that the match finished goal-less. 

Jullien played for 45 minutes in what seemed to be a Second XI after the big guns had played in the first half including new signings Reo Hatate, Daizen Maeda and Yosuke Ideguchi. 

Carl Starfelt didn’t play any part in the match with Stephen Welsh partnering Cameron Carter-Vickers in the first half for what looks like the First XI. 

Kyogo Furuhashi and Jota were both missing but Maeda seemed to put in a busy performance. Nir Bitton and Karamoko Dembele also missed the match.
