Chris Sutton echoed the thoughts of most Celtic fans when he described the 4-0 win over Motherwell as a joy to watch.
There was no hangover from the Glasgow derby as the visitors put in a powerful 90 minutes that Motherwell couldn’t live with.
The home side did enjoy a little period of possession midway through the first half but they were lucky to be on level terms with Celtic threatening an opener on several occasions.
Great intensity and attitude from Celtic. A long long way to go still. Have to keep reminding ourselves what Ange Postecoglou inherited not so long ago. Some of the football at times today was a joy to watch. Need to keep this standard up??

In the 28th minute Greg Taylor and Reo Hatate created space on the left, Liel Abada was flying in off the right wing in anticipation to fire his shot past Liam Kelly.
Tom Rogic showed that international duty had no impact on his effectiveness, scoring twice before the interval with perfectly timed runs that the home side had no answer to.
Daizen Maeda completed the scoring with the home team getting off lightly by losing four, next up for the hoops is a midweek trip to Aberdeen and the chance to rack up their sixth SPFL win of 2022.
Big Chris is spot on, absolutely brilliant performance today.
