Team News: Ange makes three changes with Jota dropping to the bench

Ange Postecoglou has made three changes to the Celtic side that triumphed in the Glasgow derby for today’s clash with Motherwell at Fir Park.

Tony Ralston, Tom Rogic and Daizen Maeda come into the starting XI with Josip Juranovic, Matt O’Riley and Jota dropping out.

With Maeda joining Giorgos Giakoumakis is attack and no obvious left-winger there could be a change to the 4-3-3 system that Celtic have played since the winter break to go to the top of the table.

Liam Scales, Ben Doak and Ismaila Soro drop off the substitute bench with Nir Bitton and Mikey Johnston back in contention, Chris Jullien isn’t in the matchday squad for the second match running.

Motherwell drew 1-1 away to St Mirren in midweek with Lanarkshire referee John Beaton in charge of today’s match, he also refereed Celtic’s recent win away to Hearts.

CELTIC: Hart; Ralston, Carter-Vickers, Starfelt, Taylor; McGregor, Rogic, Hatate; Abada, Giakoumakis, Maeda

SUBS: Bain, Bitton, McCarthy, Jota, Johnston, O’Riley, Forrest, Welsh, Juranovic
