WOOPS! The incredible still as Allan McGregor blunders again

It was the strangest of goals, strangely funny unless you are Allan McGregor.

When Kaiyne Woolery turned Connor Goldson and James Tavernier inside out all that he had created was a scoring opportunity, McGregor had his angles and apparently his near post well covered.

At first glance it looks like the shot went through Greegsy’s legs, on a second viewing perhaps it went under his right foot. The picture below shows that Woolery managed to find the net between McGregor’s leg and near post.

Typically the keeper wouldn’t take the blame, racing to confront the referee over some imaginary infringement. None of his team-mates joined in, they knew it had been a collective failure with 15 minutes of abuse to come from their loyal fans- and then tirades of stick across social media.

So McGregor gets up and runs to the ref to protest that goal for exactly what reason.
The defenders had been at fault as well the goalkeeper.
    Nothing to complain about.
