Club 1872 make huge claim over Nathan Patterson transfer fee

Club 1872 have accused the Ibrox executive of feeding inaccurate information on player transfers over the last two years.

James Taynor stepped down from the club in March 2020 with former DUP councillor David Graham taking charge of communications, since then he has been promoted onto the club’s board of directors.

After numerous failures to shift players such as Borna Barisic, Ianis Hagi, Glen Kamara, Alfredo Morelos and Ryan Kent on for Dembele Dollars the company managed to get rid of Nathan Patterson in January on the back of incredible hype.

Other than 45 minutes in an FA Cup tie against Boreham Wood, Patterson hasn’t had a sniff of action for Everton with a loan move to a League One club expected in the summer for the Murray Park starlet.

Tom English of BBC Scotland and the usual cheerleaders revealed that a fee of £16m had been agreed for young Patterson with £11m up front. Internet Bampots knew the figures being quoted were Colin Nish, BBC Merseyside left things modestly at an undisclosed fee.

Picking up on that issue in their statement this afternoon, the Ibrox fan group claimed:

Club 1872 also has documentary and other evidence that over the past two years, since the appointment of new Communications Director, David Graham, supporters have been regularly fed inaccurate information on issues ranging from player transfers, commercial activities and merchandise to shareholder relations.

Other stars such as Greg Docherty, Young McCrorie, Jordan Jones, George Edmundson and Jamie Murphy have moved on in the last two years for undisclosed fees.
