Don’t panic- Tavernier reveals that Sevco have been playing well despite shipping points

James Tavernier has claimed that performances have been there in recent weeks despite watching his side win just three of their last eight matches in the SPFL. 

Alarm bells have been going off among Ibrox fans with their side picking up just 13 out of 24 points since the turn of the year- turning a six point lead into a three point deficit with Celtic. 

Tav has taken part in many memorable collapses under Steven Gerrard and insists that there is nothing to worry about following Motherwell’s comeback at Ibrox on Sunday.

With a 2-0 half-time lead on Sunday it looked like the gap at the top of the Premiership would be cut to just one point but some comic cut defending let Motherwell back in. 

John Lundstram and Allan McGregor were at fault for the first goal with Tav and Connor Goldson at fault as Motherwell equalised.
