Oh Joe! Ibrox social media star Black gets caught out again with premature celebrations

Legendary Ibrox fan Joe Black showed that the Midas touch hasn’t deserted him. 

Known down the years for his insider predictions of Celtic’s imminent demise the Ibrox Influencer sensed at lunchtime that the SPFL title race was about to take a dramatic turn. 

Last week’s Bobby Madden freak show at Hampdenhad fuelled delusions through the week, encouraged by the thoughts of Barry Ferguson, Ally McCoist and other Ibrox cheerleaders. 

Celtic’s trip to Dingwall had been built up like a visit to the Bernabeu, yesterday’s win at Fir Park was viewed as a sign that things were moving the way of the dark side. 

And then reality struck with Kyogo heading Celtic into the lead in the 11th minute. 

Black and his fellow travellers then had 75 minutes of hope- hope for an equaliser followed by a win at Celtic Park next Sunday and it would be game on against big Ange’s bottlers. 

Then Jota scored in the 87th minute, the six point lead and a goal difference advantage of 19 goals was restored with the nightmare scenario facing Black and the Gullibles next Sunday.
