Between BBC Scotland shifts drooling over the Ibrox Tribute Act Foster puts in regular appearances for Partick Thistle.Â
During the winter Thistle got themselves into a position to be realistic contenders for automatic promotion but tailed off rapidly with manager Ian McColl describing the win over Queen of the South as dugmeat.Â
Thistle ended their Championship season with a 3-1 defeat away to Ayr United, sneaking into the final play-off slot by being not as bad as Raith Rovers who recently won at Firhill.Â
With his media profile and celebrity status some Thistle fans targeted Foster after the defeat at Somerset Park.Â
Over the weekend Foster will be part of the BBC Scotland team desperately hoping for a Celtic defeat in Sunday’s Glasgow Derby.Â
