Eintracht Frankfurt have thrown their weight behind calls for a UEFA explanation into Watergate- but stopped short of offering to replay the Europa League Final.

Within a few hours of Aaron Ramsey’s penalty being saved Ibrox campaigners have turned the focus on the Elderly & Disabled Loyal being forced to drink toilet water to avoid dehydration.

Derek Clark of the Rangers Review has been swamped with heart-breaking tales of near death experiences as fans suffered inside the Ramon Sanchez-Pisswan Stadium.

Following that up Andrew Dickson revealed the horrendous after effects of drinking 1-2 litres of water from a toilet.

One fan explained how he asked a steward for water or a soft drink to assist their dying father on medication. In replay he was offered a HOTDOG. There are also reports that the stewards inside the stadium spoke SPANISH to distressed bears.

Speaking to the Daily Record, Eintracht chief Philipp Reschke  said:

UEFA have promised to report on it. What happened was completely against the spirit of the association.

All that prevented a far worse situation from developing was a lot of luck and the discipline of the fans.

Fans were dehydrated and some had to drink extremely unhealthy water in the toilets. Even that became impossible because of a burst water pipe. It was all extremely dangerous to their health.

As organisers, UEFA takes overall responsibility, but I believe Sevilla FC are responsible.

It was already clear to us that the cause of this was not directly with UEFA, but with the service providers involved. In this case, a stadium operator, or Sevilla FC.

They simply did not fulfil what was officially promised and recorded in the meetings in the morning of the game and two days before.

Despite very clear indications of the temperatures and the conditions, they failed in the anticipated need for water and drinks.

Ramsey’s missed penalty is believed to have cost the Ibrox club £50m. Connor Goldson, Steve Davis, Allan McGregor and Leon Balogun are all out of contract next week.
