All of the old poison was back as the Celtic board welcomed 800 Ibrox Season Ticket holders to the Glasgow Derby.
Last month Celtic players and fans were pelted with missiles during and after the 2-1 win at Ibrox with a physio- club employee- requiring stitches after being hit on the head with a glass bottle.
With both clubs maximising the marketing opportunities of the toxic confrontation no official comments or statements were made by either club, the SFA or SPFL.
The mystery of how broken glass appeared in Joe Hart’s penalty box during the half-time interval remains unresolved and apparently out of bounds.
Yesterday The Billy Boys was back together with other songs of hate, other than a comment to Chris McLaughlin of BBC Scotland Celtic remain on mute about the actions of their former Sydney Super Cup business partners.
Rumours of over 100 seats ripped up in away section.
