There was no trophy on display but after the agonies of last season Celtic fans are more than happy to wait seven days to get their hands on a certain piece of silverware.
Twenty-five wins and five draws in the SPFL has given Celtic a nine point lead with their closest rivals having three matches to play and 22 goals to overcome.
Just like the course of the season Celtic went behind early, steadied themselves, found their feet and stormed on to victory. All four goalscorers were signed by Ange Postecoglou.

After Ellis Sims scored for Hearts in the third minute Daizen Maeda and Kyogo Furuhashi put Celtic ahead before the break.
Matt O’Riley hit the post midway early in the second half, in the 68th minute he found his range to drive a low shot across Craig Gordon to put Celtic 3-1 in front and the match beyond Hearts.
Giorgos Giakoumakis completed the scoring in the 90th followed by a dress rehearsal for next Saturday’s trophy presentation.
Is that the Tarbolton pie eater commentating. If so why. He is one person who should never be commentating on our games. Hates the sight of us.
