Ibrox staff exodus continues with physio follow following Doctor and Head of Recruitment out the door

The exodus of backroom staff at Ibrox has continued with their chief physiotherapist quitting for Bristol Bears, a rugby club.

Over the last fortnight it has been announced that club doctor Mark Waller is joining Leicester City with Head of Recruitment Andy Scoulding leaving for Spurs.

It is almost as if they have been given advance warning of bad news and decided to progress their careers elsewhere.

This afternoon  Bristol Bears announced:

Bristol Bears can confirm the appointment of Adam Roberts as the club’s new Head of Medical Services.

The highly experienced Roberts, who spent nine years at Harlequins and three at Edinburgh, joins from Scottish Premier League football club, Rangers.

He replaces the outgoing Rory Murray, who has joined Bath following more than 10 years with the Bears.

Good news for the Europa League runners-up is that Steve Davis, Scott Arfield and Connor Goldson have signed new contracts with talks on-going with Allan McGregor over another deal.
