Within a week of striking a deal with the club from Ibrox, BBC Scotland have decided not to report on scenes of violence and disorder on the doorstep of their Pacific Quay Headquarters.
At lunchtime on Saturday ahead of the friendly with Spurs there were scenes of disorder, as many as 10 Police vans were on the scene, pictures and videos on social media provided all the information that a news desk could wish for.
The morning afterwards and BBC Scotland have still not touched the incidents despite one Police Officer being injured.
According to the homepage for news in Glasgow and the West the major stories are rising house prices, staff shortages at a hospital very close to Pacific Quay (proving that they can cover local stories), a para-bowler being expelled from the Commonwealth Games and the prospect of future water shortages as the rain pelted Glasgow.

Covering a serous news incident The Sun reported:
Greater Glasgow’s Divisional Commander, Chief Superintendent Mark Sutherland said: “Around 1.30 pm on Saturday, 23 July, 2022, police officers were allegedly attacked with street furniture on Paisley Road West, near to Seaward Street, as they prevented a disturbance between rival football supporters.
“A 24-year-old man has been arrested in connection with the alleged incident and a police officer required medical treatment following the attack.”
For reasons known only to themselves the incident wasn’t worth a report on the BBC Scotland Glasgow/West of Scotland news pages.
From their Pacific Quay base the incidents on Seaward Street could hardly have been closer for the state broadcaster to cover.
BBC Scotland will be providing extensive coverage of the Commonwealth Games from Birmingham as well as Friday night football from the SPFL Championship.
#Rangers fans on their best behaviour — stealing from local businesses and throwing anything — glass, fruit, signs — at police. Glad to have them terrorize their home neighbourhood at every opportunity. @Glasgow_Live pic.twitter.com/ATLW5B5eDg

That wasn’t sevco fans that was Celtic fans on their way to PARKHEAD either that or it was West Ham fans just getting out the stadium from the other night, but never sevco fans.
Scotlands sevco media shame 140 years of history ended news papers printed it tv and radio stations reported it
